Our wonderfully aromatic Garlic Olive Oil gives this easy, creamy bean dip the flavor of freshly diced garlic without any of the harshness.

Cannellini Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. LeRoux Garlic Olive Oil**
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 15 oz can of cannellini beans
  • 1 tbsp. LeRoux Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar**
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. If mixture seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Serve with crackers, pita chips and fresh crudite.
