Cannellini Bean Dip
Our wonderfully aromatic Garlic Olive Oil gives this easy, creamy bean dip the flavor of freshly diced garlic without any of the harshness.

Cannellini Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. LeRoux Garlic Olive Oil**
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 15 oz can of cannellini beans
- 1 tbsp. LeRoux Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar**
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. If mixture seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Serve with crackers, pita chips and fresh crudite.
