Shipping

Our online shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using the real-time rates from the shipping carriers. We do not add any upcharge to the rates provided by the carriers. The shipping services we offer include:

  • USPS Priority
  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • UPS Ground
  • FedEx Home Delivery

When placing your order, select your preferred shipping service at checkout. If for any reason we are not able to send your package via your selected shipping carrier, we will contact you. 

All Continental U.S. online orders of $175 or more ship free.

After we process your transaction, your order will be shipped within two business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. You should expect delivery of your order 5-10 business days after shipment.

SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO

SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPOs

Shipments to APO/FPOs take 4-6 weeks and are based on Parcel Post rates. If you are interested in having something shipped to an APO/FPO, please reach out to us by email at customerservice@lerouxkitchen.com to request a shipping quote.

 

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA

We’re sorry, but we are unable to ship to Canada at this time.

 

DAMAGES

Please notify us of any damages within 3 business days of delivery for exchange or refund.

 

MISSING PACKAGES

LeRoux Kitchen does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
