Made in Italy with white Trebbiano grapes, this product is known as White Balsamic Condiment. Our Barrel Aged White Balsamic undergoes a similar aging process as traditional balsamic vinegars.

Unlike dark balsamics, our A-Premium White balsamic is cooked for a shorter period of time, resulting in a clear product. It is then aged in new instead of old wood barrels, further reducing any colorization.

Our White Balsamic is aged up to 12 years. The result is a clear, crisp, tart balsamic with a touch of sweetness.

This product contains no added sugar.

Pairs well with: Any of our flavored or unflavored extra virgin olive oils, making it extremely adaptable

Tasting notes and serving suggestions: For a light crisp dressing, mix with our Persian Lime or Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oils. A delicious substitute for rice wine vinegar. Drizzle over grilled fruits and vegetables.

Perfect vinegar for dressing

This is the nicest, cleanest tasting and most perfectly balanced white balsamic I have ever tasted.
A dash of this and some Leroux olive oil and some fresh lettuce is all you need :)
