Made in Italy with white Trebbiano grapes, this product is known as White Balsamic Condiment. Our Barrel Aged White Balsamic undergoes a similar aging process as traditional balsamic vinegars.
Unlike dark balsamics, our A-Premium White balsamic is cooked for a shorter period of time, resulting in a clear product. It is then aged in new instead of old wood barrels, further reducing any colorization.
Our White Balsamic is aged up to 12 years. The result is a clear, crisp, tart balsamic with a touch of sweetness.
