Your site looks different. Did something change?

Our website received a big refresh! We moved over to a new hosting platform, so you should notice an increase in the site's ease of use.

That said, with any technical change comes a few bugs. Please bear with us if you run into any technical difficulties! If you do come across any problems, let us know through our Contact Page.

How do I access my account on your website?

Unfortunately, user account information from our old website does not carry over to our new website.

If you had an account on our old website, you will have to create a new user account on our new website. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

How can I view my previously placed orders?

Unfortunately, switching to a new site means orders placed before the transition are no longer accessible through our website.

If you have a question about an order placed prior to 7/9/2024, please get in touch with us through our Contact Page.

Are the items on the website everything that you have in store?

Not even close! The items on our website are a very limited, curated selection of kitchen essentials.

We're constantly adding products to the website, but there will always be much, much more in our brick and mortar stores. Stop by one of our stores or give us a call to check what we have.

How do I include a gift note with my order?

When you look in your basket, you'll see an option at the bottom of the page— directly above the Checkout button— to "Add order note."

Can I pay for an online order using a LeRoux gift card?

Due to restrictions placed on us by our website hosting provider, we are unable to accept gift cards as payment on our website. 

Our gift cards can be redeemed in our brick-and-mortar stores or over the phone by calling (207) 553-7665. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!
