These high performance eco-friendly cutting boards are made from Forest Stewardship Council certified recycled paper that has been saturated with a proprietary phenolic resin. The paper and resin are fused together using heat and pressure resulting in a 100% non-porous surface that is bacteria resistant.
The Kitchen Series is available in four unique sizes, each tailored to help you tackle tasks of different magnitudes. We love the little 8” x 6” board for peeling and chopping alliums and cutting lemons. It’s also a perfect size to take on the boat. The large 18” x 13” is big enough for piles of prep work, or, with Epicurean’s non-porous surface, perfect for spatchcocking a chicken.
The boards are food safe and have been certified by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF). These boards won’t dull your knife like plastic or glass boards, they are heat resistant to 350°, and are dishwasher safe— unlike bamboo or wooden boards. We recommend these boards because they are so durable, easy to keep sanitized and beautiful enough to be used as serving boards.
