These high performance eco-friendly cutting boards are made from Forest Stewardship Council certified recycled paper that has been saturated with a proprietary phenolic resin. The paper and resin are fused together using heat and pressure resulting in a 100% non-porous surface that is bacteria resistant.
These handsome Epicurean Gourmet Series boards come with the added benefit of a deep juice groove around the perimeter, ideal for catching the juice of your holiday roast or perfect summer tomato.
The boards are food safe and have been certified by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF). These boards won’t dull your knife like plastic or glass boards, they are heat resistant to 350°, and are dishwasher safe— unlike bamboo or wooden boards.
