January's Flavors of the Month

We're highlighting two favorite flavors in January: our Blood Orange Olive Oil and our Fig Dark Balsamic.

Blood oranges, hand-picked at peak ripeness, are crushed together with Tunisian Chetoui and Chemlali olives to make our Blood Orange Olive Oil. This oil is incredibly fresh with bright citrus and floral notes.

It's excellent in a marinade for grilled shrimp, scallops, and fish. Add a little to your maple syrup to top French toast for a subtle hint of orange alongside the sweetness of the maple syrup!

Our Fig Dark Balsamic is absolutely bursting with ripe fig flavor. This smooth, velvety textured balsamic has long been one of our customer favorites.

Impressively dense and sweet due to its low acidity, it makes a luscious accompaniment to any cheese and is outstanding drizzled over a Caprese salad!
