18 Year Traditional Balsamic

Trebbiano grapes are crushed and cooked in the ancient “Traditional Style”, cooked in copper over an open wood fire, then aged in old wooden barrels of chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash.

Our best-selling condiment comes to you straight from the birthplace of balsamic vinegar, Modena Italy. Aged using the traditional Solera method, the balsamic is moved through a series of progressively smaller wooden barrels. Over time, it naturally evaporates and thickens, developing the velvety texture and the rich, luscious flavor that makes this condiment a true gem.
