Epicurean Gourmet Series with Juice Groove Cutting Board

We’ve yet to find a cutting board that performs better than the highly durable composite material from which the Epicurean cutting board is made.  These high performance eco- friendly cutting boards are made from Forest Stewardship Council certified recycled paper that has been saturated with a proprietary phenolic resin. The paper and resin are fused together using heat and pressure resulting in a 100% non-porous surface that is bacteria resistant. The boards are food safe and have been certified by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF). These boards are knife friendly-  they won’t dull your knife like plastic or glass boards, they are heat resistant to 350°, and are dishwasher safe (unlike Bamboo or wooden boards). We recommend these boards because they are so durable, easy to keep sanitized and beautiful enough to be used as serving boards.
